Delete your Drawzu account
You can permanently delete your account and all of its game data. There are two ways:
1Delete in the app (easiest)
- Open Drawzu and tap the gear icon on the Home screen to open Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete my account".
- Confirm with "Delete permanently". Your account is deleted right away.
2Delete by email
If you saved your account to an email address in the app, you can also delete it here. We will send a 6-digit code to your email.
What is deleted?
- Profile: nickname, avatar, bio, country, age group
- Level, points, stats, badges, coins, items
- Friends list, friend code, blocked players
- Linked email address and session keys
What is kept
Your identity is removed from report records; only violating content stays as moderation evidence. An active Premium subscription must be cancelled separately in the App Store or Google Play.
No email linked and you can't open the app?
Write to app@drawzu.com and, if you can, include your friend code or nickname. We reply within 30 days.
